- To provide quality equipment through our alliance with Toshiba Communications Corporation and other equipment dealers
- To speak with our clients directly to get their requirements and provide the best solution to meet and surpass their business needs
- To provide responsive service through maintenance plans that guarantee our labor and the components of the phone/voice mail system
- To guarantee our response time to be immediate for major emergencies, four hours or less for any minor system emergencies, and twenty-four hours or less for non-emergencies during the normal working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Twenty-four hour/seven day support plans are also available)
- To guarantee to pay for any charges incurred if K Com misdiagnoses as problem while a system is under a warranty or maintenance plan
We will provide allowances on equipment covered under warranty or on a maintenance plan if your needs grow beyond your system.
