To speak with our clients directly to get their requirements and provide the best solution to meet and surpass their business needs

To provide responsive service through maintenance plans that guarantee our labor and the components of the phone/voice mail system

To guarantee our response time to be immediate for major emergencies, four hours or less for any minor system emergencies, and twenty-four hours or less for non-emergencies during the normal working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Twenty-four hour/seven day support plans are also available)

To guarantee to pay for any charges incurred if K Com misdiagnoses as problem while a system is under a warranty or maintenance plan

We will provide allowances on equipment covered under warranty or on a maintenance plan if your needs grow beyond your system.
